Description:

HLJ type walnut shell filter is new type oily sewage treatment equipment developed by our company’s absorb foreign advanced technology, which adopt walnut shell as filtration media , which is the ideal equipment of big oil field Oil extraction sewage treatment, petroleum refining ,petrochemical industry and oily sewage deep treatment , in addition, according to user ‘s special requirement of whole height and maintenance, the diameter and height can be special designed, to meet the special requirement of filter using.

Application Scope:

Land and sea oil field, petrochemical industry, metallurgy oily sewage treatment Port, dock, oil depot oily sewage treatment Ship and other oily sewage treatment.

Working Process:before the filter began to use after finished installation, it must operate manual, vessel filling water and remove the air in vessel and pipe, then press the starting switch enter into normal operation condition.

A whole operation cycle is composed of following work process: filtration and filtration discharge,discharge oil and air,stop filling water and backwashing fill water,backwashing,stirring ,standby etc.

(1) Filtration and filtration discharge

 Oily water enter into water distribute system from top, pass by filtration layer after uniform distribute water, the suspended matter and oil will be intercept , the filtrated water will discharge out from bottom by water collecting system.

 in this condition, due to filtration resistance increase, which result in water head loss and reduce water flow rate.

Outlet water quality worsen or water head loss state this process finished.

(2) Discharge oil and air

(3) Stop filling water and backwash filling water , when the outlet water quality worsen or water head much loss, control system give orders stop filling water, close filtration inlet and outlet valve, at the same time, start backwashing inlet and outlet valve filling water, prepare to backwashing the filtration media.

(4) Backwashing,stirring

Backwashing process can enter in following any manner:

   I The filtration inlet and outlet pressure difference reach certain value

   II Filter control system set time

(5) Standby

The filtration media recover features and prepare to enter into next cycle period after backwashing.

Operation instruction:

(1) Each lubricating point (reducer and tapered roller bearing) should add enough lubricate agent and lubricate oil before using.

(2)Each turn components should turn flexible, without jam phenomenon and abnormal noise appear.

(3) After the filter first use or stop using some time, the soak time of filter media no less than 16h.

(4) filtration process and backwashing process referring completed data filtration process flow , the backwashing water source adopt filtered water.

(5) When filter media first used or after using several time, water quality reduce control limit, filter media should make backwashing, time should concern with inlet water quality.
