1.1 Effluent Treatment Project Profile

One of Bangladesh garment company, each day consume water about 20t per 1000m cotton, this water contact with fabric and chemical agentia, and was polluted severe, they discharged out from printing process system, forming printing effluent, mainly from each printing process; such as desizing effluent,souring effluent,bleach effluent,dyeing effluent and washing effluent etc.

1) Chose mature high effective effluent treatment process,reach the purpose of advanced technique ,better treatment effect,small occupy area,low operation cost,save investment,low second pollution etc, get the optimal economical efficiency and environment efficiency.

2) Considering effluent with high organism content, big organism Molecular weight , treatment process adopting depth aeration process, such process with high dissolved oxygen

3) According to the characteristic of effluent water quality, treatment process adopt

Hydrolytic acidification aerobic biological treatment , mainly in better treatment effect,low operation cost ,few sludge biological chemical treatment process.

2.4 Effluent treatment process

Brief introduction:

The garment effluent first flow by mechanical bar screen to remove large suspended matter and solid, then flow into equalize tank , to equalize effluent water quality and volume, there equip with 2pcs sewage lifting pump in equalize tank, effluent lifting to neutralizing coagulant settling tank, due to the effluent PH value is high, add neutralizing agent and coagulant , regulate PH value to make the effluent ph value between 7.0~8.0, and add coagulant aids to remove part of organism and chroma, make the sludge in second settling pond backflow into coagulant pond, Participate in coagulant reaction, adopting activated sludge adsorbing function, reduce coagulant dosing, to save operation cost. The effluent flow into hydrolysis acidize pond , effluent mixed with liquid in hydrolysis acidize pond and backflow sludge in recycling stirring condition, to make the organism in effluent high dilute, to prevent the high content matter produce inhabiting effect. The organism in effluent is resolved and oxidation by large sludge, then mixed liquid recycling reaction in hydrolysis acidize pond,

In anoxia condition, the acid-producing bacteria in micro organism produce Acid degradation effect to big molecule organism in effluent, generate organic acid, to improve the effluent biodegradability. After acidize resolve treatment, effluent flow into deep aeration pond to proceed aerobic activated sludge treatment, due to this ETP with high dissolved oxygen content, with strong oxidation ability, it can quickly high effective oxidative degradation organism into CO2 ,H2O and other inorganics, to make the effluent through treatment and reach to required standard discharge.
